This place was a surprising gem! The food was soooo delicious. The steak and salmon were done perfectly. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I was genuinely blown away by how cool the ambiance was. After dinner we toured the Interstate Inn on the same property. Wow! Don't miss this place. You'll love it! Even the soap in the restrooms smelled amazing 👏 Great job!
It is worth the drive for this Stephan Pyles concept whose namesake restaurant was one of the best ever in the Southwest US. The chicken fried steak, barbacoa queso, crab deviled eggs, and corn chowder are all must order. Please open another location in Dallas.
Just moved to stephenville. Best place in town. Loved the craft cocktails. Our server Cassie was amazing!
I’m starting to think there is some kind of zoning error in Stephenville, Texas. The Seeker does not belong here. And I mean that as one of the highest compliments I can give a restaurant. Stephenville is the Cowboy Capital of Texas. This is a town where boots are appropriate formalwear and trucks require ladders to get into.
