Absolutely disappointing experience. The management is extremely poor and unresponsive, which made the entire stay frustrating from start to finish. The apartments are outdated — the TVs are old and can’t even connect to the internet, which is pretty basic these days. On arrival, there were no essentials like toilet paper provided, and there was no proper cleaning service after checkout, which is unacceptable for paid accommodation. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Brisbane! I’m giving 5 stars because the manager Na was so friendly and truly put the customer first. They made every effort to ensure I had everything I needed. The location was fantastic—just a short stroll to the CBD and only 2 minutes walk to the beautiful Roma Street Parkland. I loved every minute and highly recommend it!
Stayed here for 2 week nights to do some Brisbane stuff. Hard to find, only 3 parks on the street near the entrance, but in a side street. Very close to the bus stop for the free city circle bus, & only a short walk to Central Station. Electronic key entry, so just as well the manager was in the office when we knocked on the door! Accommodation was cozy and comfortable as well as great service.
I had the most awful experience at this hotel. The location was the only positive of my stay while my husband was in hospital. The room was acceptable although could do with a good clean, the aircon was covered in dust as was the bathroom vent, both of which I had to clean. The shower was mouldy & the screen unusable. There was a spa & dishwasher also unusable. The white blanket on the bed was stained & needed to be washed before I could use it.
