I've never been here so I'm doing a neutral review. Was looking at the website and saw two things contradicting. I know the location is in the heart of Nola however the address on the website is wrong. For more info, here are pictures. I am currently at work in the area and I happened to look out the window and was curious about the place.
I was transferred 4 times attempting to speak to someone about monitoring services only to be sent to voicemail.
Frank called me then hung up on me without saying why he called or what. No goodbye or anything of why he had my number. Dude needs to check his customer service skills.
Great place for a wedding. Rebecca and the staff are always so nice and helpful.
Attended a wedding here tonight, nice venue other than the fact the ac wasn't working. Place was extremely hot!
