Ok… Location- Great Grounds/ surroundings- Great, beautiful. That’s where it stops. As stated in previous reviews, the location to the mountain is great. The accommodation itself is dirty, old and uncared for. Definitely NOT child friendly. Yes they have mini golf (self serve, not maintained) but that is it. No heated pool (in September), no fires, no horse riding, no row boats, no fishing…. All of which were advertised to us as a ‘Spring holiday‘. One Word- Love. Manager was outstanding..
The place is so lovely. The rooms are very clean and spacious. On our arrival. They gave us a welcome cake. The housekeeping were very friendly and attentive when we arrived a few days ago. Liam at customer service was very professional and welcoming. Making sure to accommodate us and our families too. Laz at the restaurant was very attentive and polite. Even being busy and a few people on. Just shows Laz has such a good attitude towards customers and the team too. He was smiling constantly. Which is good to have in hospital... read more
Stayed here for a snow trip and had the best time, the room was super clean, cozy and spacious with lots of amenities, the staff were really friendly and accommodating and overall was a beautiful location, will definitely be coming back
