Very trashy residents there. Making lots of noises and smoking cigarettes on balcony, which is banned from the hotel. Its also used as a homeless shelter by charity or NGOs. Very lower class and i feel unsafe staying at my apartment next door. Staff wont do anything to stop, despite multiple complaints.
