I don't usually leave reviews, but the team at The Seasons at Poplar Tent BEYOND deserve their praise. A lot of apartment homes these days feel like a fast food drive-thru. They get you in and out, and everything feels impersonal. The team at Seasons at Poplar Tent are truly different. They go above and beyond for their residents, and actually treat you like you are valued there. I want to specifically shout out Alexandria who is AMAZING. Season - Concord Apartments is very neat,clean, and organized!! The overall experience was fantastic especially due to the professionalism and GREAT customer service I received from Carmisha! She most definitely made my experience very warming!!
The floors and ceilings of these overpriced apartments are made paper thin. I can hear every door open and close below me. The floors literally shake with every footstep below me and I’m on the top floor. I have filed at least 10 noise complaints against my downstairs neighbors and nothing has been done. Most of my neighbors are not courteous, certain neighbors even sit outside smoking 17 hours a day like security guards which provides no privacy to tenants leaving and entering. Walls are thin. Constantly people moving in and out of apartments each month. They do not allow for partial payments or leniency with hardship for rent. Will have an eviction notice on your door within 7 days. Probably the reason there are multiple uhauls moving in and out every month. Management has changed multiple times since I’ve been here.
