Staff on site is great, however the company removed the carpet from the apartment floors and did -not- put padding down to save money, so if you have anyone above you, you can hear every footstep, every movement, every dog bark. I contacted the regional manager and she tried to convince me I was crazy and this was "normal apartment living" and so I had two employees from the front office come hear it and they assured me it was -NOT- normal to hear things that loudly. Would highly recommend this property! The leasing staff, Sabrina & Alex is great! Very professional and friendly. The maintenance team is awesome! Very responsive and accurate.
