It's a dump. Residents are underfed & under cared for. Wouldn't keep my dog there. Staff is under trained

RecommendedMy mother had several rehabilitation stays at Ecumen North Branch as well as her final stay with hospice. The facility is clean, nicely decorated and laid out. Staff are extremely competent, friendly, patient and kind. Great place!

RecommendedThis is such an amazing group of loving and qualified care givers. We moved our Dad here, 3 hours from his home, to be closer to us. Best decision we ever made. While his time was short, the compassion and care was exceptional. And the Centennial House team worked so well with the hospice team! I will forever be indebted to them for making my Dad’s last month, and our time with him, so very special.
RecommendedMy mom is a resident at Lakeview Commons now. At first, She was extremely upset when we told her that we were moving her into an assisted living facility from her home of almost 60 years. But a long time friend of hers was a resident there, so she was familiar with it and thought it was beautiful, so that’s the one we picked. Great place for people over 55. Lots of activities with friendly, vibrant seniors.
