Massage by Max. Fabulous deep tissue work, going back for another session very soon. My back and arms were so tense when I got there, all tightness is gone.
Shay was amazing. The conversation was great and I didn’t feel awkward at all. She gave me everything I asked for and I am very happy with the results.
Hair tugged, cut too short and services done without proper equipment or gloves when having acrylic nails, which I still believe you should not have while doing facials and eyebrow waxing without gloves despite the manager saying its normal, its unsanitary. No action was taken to refund or fix any of the botched services despite the uncomfortable vibe. And they still make you tip minimum a dollar fifty even if you hated it.
Been coming about every 6-8 weeks for a beard trim and the occasional hair cut and shampoo. Always a chill atmosphere, always easy to get things the way I want and need, even when I get a little picky. Always so easy to work with.
First time having a reiki session and Ellie was incredibly down to earth, patient, and so uplifting. I'm looking forward to another session! :)
