Absolutely terrible experience. Showed up with a bit of a larger group- no reservation but they ended up being able to “accommodate”. Food took 1.5 hours to come out and there was absolutely no communication in the mean time until it had already been over an hour. First item came out completely cold and was not followed by another item for another 10 if not more minutes again no communication. Wish we had read reviews before going! Apparently getting food out of the kitchen is a major issue! They can't handle parties more than 4. We had 8ppl in our party. We had each ordered 2-3 drink each while waiting for our food. And hour after placing our order the waitress came to tell us the kitchen was backed up and it would be a little longer. 30 minutes more no food...they brought out 1 plate...food was cold 2nd plate of tacos also cold. Had a great experience here while visiting sandwich. Our server was very friendly and helpful, drinks were good, and the food came out promptly. Really nice space with good music and art.
