Excellent location, great value. I need a place to sleep 10, that is affordable, this is it. Close to everything. This is not your victorian dollhouse,but has everything you need for a successful time at the beach. Love the covered back porch !!! Year two for me coming up !!
Reserved second floor apartment for one week. Looks like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The front door does not lock properly. There is an open staircase in the apartment hallway that leads down to the first floor apartment. It is a major hazard so we moved a dresser to block it so our children do not fall down the stairs. There was fecal matter on the toilet seat when we arrived, clearly not cleaned. There was food remanents in the fridge. There was old water sitting in the dish rack. Great vacation rental. Amazing location-- only a 1/2 block to beach and short walk to the center of town. Rental was spotless when we arrived. We highly recommend a stay at the Sea Song!
