Kurz vor der Anreise stellte der Vermieter VaCAASA fest, dass die umfangreichen Renovierungsarbeiten am Außenbereich des Hauses noch immer nicht abgeschlossen sind und die angemietete Wohnung 512 nicht zur Verfügung steht. Die Ersatzangebote im Landesinneren waren nicht akzeptabel, weil qualitativ weniger gut und kein direkter Zugang zum Meer vorhanden war. We came in as a family for our son's Marine graduation. Booked through vRB-0. Noone let us know we were going to be locked in and could not use the balcony because they are painting the whole back side of the building. The only reason I booked this placed so my disabled mother could sit out on the balcony and watch the ocean. The workers were replacing railing and painting. They have literally drilled ALL 4 DAYS and we were very disappointed!!! I would not stay here again.
Pros: Near the beach, lovely deck and pool, adult crowd. Cons: Not many but you need a car, not a lot in walking distance.
Absolutely beautiful. Very peaceful and somewhat private.
