I brought my computer in here to have a FAN replaced - 3 months later…and multiple excuses, phone calls, literally couldn’t even get a manager to call me back. Now it won’t even turn on and they claim it was like that. No it turned on and worked just fine, just had a rattle with the fan. This is an 2k Omen that was bought 13 months ago. I am baffled. I can’t believe this place. DO NOT use them!
I had an absolute terrible and stressful experience with Jim only. Facts only here... I took my laptop in because I was having issues with it tweaking and I told him that I needed the touchpad replaced. It also had issues highlighting. I was told by John that it was a user issue(meaning it was me who didn't know how to operate the laptops applications properly). He said he would run some tests and let me know what's going on. My wife’s computer wasn’t allowing her to use it. CPR was able to diagnose it & removed her old AOL account. Apparently AOL had a new update version. CPR was able to keep her other files & she didn’t lose anything. All she had to do when she got her computer back was add the newer AOL version. Professional, knowledgeable & affordable. Glad we didn’t have to buy another computer!
