The last time, the first time, it was amazing. The man was friendly, helpful, and replaced my battle within 15 minutes. This time? Two children working the counter and their favorite favorite word is "uhhhhh". They claimed the same battery replacement, the same one that was done in 5 minutes, would take 2 hours and they needed my password. Hell no. This is a great service center. They are reliable, reasonably priced, and prompt. They have all of my business.
I have brought several phones here and each time it is repaired or resolved quickly and rarely a fee associated with it. Yesterday I brought my phone in because a system update had failed to load properly and Nat was able to stop the corrupted update and launch an uncorrupted version. It took about an hour but still only cost $25. Nat was excellent to work with and I will continue to do business with this company.
Brought my iPhone 16 pro max to have a camera lens replaced which was a “very easy fix and upon picking it up after getting “repaired” there was glue behind the lens which now causes my camera to be completely blurry. When I asked why there was glue behind the lens at when picking up, the guy said it was completely normal and would dry. Now months later I’m stuck with a camera that is unable to work when scanning any document or picture.
