Service was HORRIBLE!!!! 1st thing I did was call up there at 10am when they opened to make sure they had the right screen for my 15plus. She said yes!! Called another 2 times to make sure we knew what time we needed to be up there. She said about 2:30pm to 3pm. 2nd thing, we got there ON TIME but she said the technician wouldn’t be there for another 1hr and half. Prices high af, I got my charger port “fixed” on the 14th for 140 which supposedly was 160? but someone told me an incorrect price and honored it but online the prices so it should be between 60-80 , max 100, AND THEN today my charger port became loose again and when I inspected the back there’s no screw securing my laptop closed!!! “They fixed my phone under a hour and this is my third timing coming back to back they always so chill and the guy and lady are the best people you will ever meet and I stand on that If your phone fixed in a day go to them recommend keeping it 💯 ( I was couple short but he was chill bout it what a great dude)

Called them @ 10am today. Did not have my screen in stock but said they could order and install today. Called me back @1:30 saying my screen had arrived. I dropped my phone off @ 2:30 and picked it up in less than an hour later. Everything works, was charged exactly what was quoted, service was fast.
