My husband and I were forced to break our lease early and leave The Scout after only 7 months of living here because of the conditions of the property and blatant lack of concern for safety. I’ve absolutely loved living at The Scout! From the moment I moved in, the experience has been smooth and welcoming. The staff are incredible—especially Imayni and Lauren, who always go out of their way to help and make sure residents feel at home. Their kindness and professionalism truly stand out. The Scout is one of my favorite places that I’ve lived in Richmond since moving to the city 13 years ago. Property management is on-site and feels personalized and friendly. It’s easy to get ahold of staff and maintenance requests are addressed right away. We had a problem with our fridge shortly after moving in, and they replaced the fridge immediately and credited our account to help cover the cost of replacing our food.
