I’ve lived at The Scout for the past three years and have had such a positive experience. The team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely supportive of their residents. They’ve gone above and beyond to partner with me as I build my small business, Paperback Pours, and even helped make it possible to host a Sip & Read event in the clubroom. UPDATE: Please note that these issues were well-documented in conversations with Brandon, Janie and Todd, and a comprehensive list of incidents was provided before I left. My greatest regret is choosing to look past the negative reviews about this building. My husband and I were forced to break our lease early and leave The Scout after only 7 months of living here because of the conditions of the property and blatant lack of concern for safety.
