What really stands out is the staff — they are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From the leasing office to maintenance, everyone goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel at home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live!
While the location in Scott’s Addition is convenient and walkable to many restaurants, the overall living experience has been disappointing. The building has poor sound insulation—you can clearly hear conversations from the hallway, footsteps from neighbors above, barking dogs, and elevator dings. Construction quality feels subpar, although maintenance will come next-day to fix issues. One of the two elevators is frequently out of service. I lived in the and could not have been more happy with the apartment. The common areas are great and the staff are very responsive and respectful. I would highly recommend living here!
I moved into this wonderful property in October 2024, and I truly enjoy everything about it. The maintenance team does a fantastic job keeping the property in great shape. Work orders are handled promptly, and their communication is excellent. The staff is amazing—always welcoming and greeting you with a smile. They also organize great events, making this a fantastic place to call home!
