Toured and there was a dead cockroach in the bedroom, and the common spaces were not clean. Person who gave us tour was not friendly and did not know where things were.
I want to write how grateful I am for the entire staff of The Scout. I have been a resident of the community for three years and I have lived in two different apartments. I have never experienced a more courteous, energetic and thoughtful team in the rental industry than here. The property manager, Brandon, is kind and resourceful. I’ve lived at The Scout for the past three years and have had such a positive experience. The team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely supportive of their residents. They’ve gone above and beyond to partner with me as I build my small business, Paperback Pours, and even helped make it possible to host a Sip & Read event in the clubroom.
