We recently held my daughter's Bat Mitzvah at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort and they did an outstanding job. I can't say enough about how wonderful Jennifer Hoffman was as an event planner and how great the entire hotel staff was! We had a fair number of out of town guests stay at the hotel (we also stayed the weekend there) and everyone was happy and there were no problems. The Landscaping was beautiful.
Attractive property, well maintained, good location
Service was always friendly, prompt and courteous. Facilities are outstanding . Excellent entertainment in the Remington lounge
My whole stay was great! Nice and clean, plenty of drinks and snacks.
I visited this resort with my husband while he was attending business meetings on site for 5 days. I absolutely loved taking morning walks each day. The grounds were spectacular, with so many plants and trees in full bloom. The resort was quiet, the pools were wonderful, and the treatment I chose at the spa (foot relaxation) was fabulous. We had the two floor villa, and I enjoyed all of the space with an extra bathroom. I would stay here again - definitely.
Staff very friendly and eager to help. Beautiful surroundings and very well kept. Clean room. Smelt fresh, food in JDs bar great value for money. Service impeccable too. Would love to come here again.
!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!! – This is the worst place I have ever stayed.My family was planning on staying a week but after seeing the slum and vile filth we left after 9 hours.They have a bunch of illegal immigrants.Pimps and prostitutes, thugs, guns, drugs, rats, fights, police everywhere.I didn't expect the Ritz but this place is a prison!!!!!!!
