I would highly recommend Scott Smolens team at Remax. We had a very out of the norm circumstance. My husband and I live in Texas and virtually bought our first house in Maryland with Scott’s team. Scott and Stacey were great to work with. They made this process so easy and seamless. Especially buying from 1200 miles away and while being first time homebuyers. 10/10 would recommend over and over!!!

The Scott Smolen Team goes above and beyond! They not only listen to you they anticipate more than you even thought of. Always looking out for the what's best for the customer and took us to a place we didn't expect to land! Kind, courteous, respectful and fun to work with!

Scott was invaluable in both buying a new home and selling our existing one. He and Stacey, his incredible assistant, made the process easy and provided emotional support. They helped us to avoid making regrettable decisions as we dealt with the frustrations of buying during a seller's market. Scott and Stacey were amazing! They helped me with 3 properties, including a unique estate sale, in the last year. They made the entire buying and selling process easy for my family. We were very pleased with all deals made. Scott and Stacey were knowledgeable, available and communicative. They also have excellent connections to other people and their services (inspectors, tree removal, estate sales, painters, etc.).
