Kicked me off the register without letting me know, called to chase a prescription to find this out! Poor communication and operating procedures, needs some reworking, disappointing.
Absolute nightmare to talk to anyone there now has a AI assisent to answer there phones with a vague we will call back
The staff both online and on the phone are not only rude but don't actually listen to you on a phone call, all they do is read script so when I call up with a complicated scenario that can't be done online, they refer me online.
