Working with Jill and Darrell has been a great experience. It took a year and a half in this market but we finally got our dream house!
We had a great experience working with Darrell. He was very proactive in sharing listings with us, communicated in a timely manner, and helped us find our dream condo in Lincoln Park! He has experience both working and living in the neighborhoods we were looking in, which really helped us evaluate listings. As first time buyers, his team helped us navigate the close process, making it feel easy. Would absolutely recommend to those looking to buy in the Chicago area!

I cannot recommend Jill Scott and her team highly enough. I worked with Jill during my first home purchase, and to say it was a challenging market would be an understatement. Homes were going under contract before showings could even happen, many were selling for $150,000+ over asking price, and it wasn't uncommon to wait 45 minutes just to get into an open house.
