From the very start Rob helped me with the purchase:- when my scooter would be here he even went out his way and knocked some money off my delivery fee which I thought was really kind of them. Answered all my questions before buying, has given plenty of aftersales advice and the first service was completed without fuss. Could not recommend the scooter warehouse more. Really nice to do business with a company that values its customers.
I want to share my honest experience with Scooter Warehouse so others can make an informed decision. The bike I received arrived very dirty and covered in scratches, which was disappointing from the start. Within 300 miles, it broke down four times, and attempts to fix it were unsuccessful. The shop refused to honor consumer rights and would not allow me to return the bike.
