We were initially very pleased with the experience in the store, they were able to answer questions and we tried many different scooters. We ordered one and were told about 4 weeks for delivery , they would call us when the scooter was in for pick up. I reached out about 6 weeks later to follow up and it was like they had no idea that the scooter wasn’t in or picked up.
