This is the worst place. They make promises swear they didn’t say that. They are liars. Do not do business with this place. They cuse at you very inappropriate and not professional

Thank you thank you! We rented a scooter for my mother in law for vacation as she has very bad knees. Kyle was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. Mom had the best vacation she’s had in years! She was able to do so much more. I would highly recommend the Scooter Store. The process to rent was so simple and the return was even easier. Please visit this store-they are awesome!

When it comes to medical scooters this store is the best! Let me tell you our little story. I booked a cruise for my mother and I. She has a folding medical scooter that just isn’t very comfortable or dependable so we decided to rent one from this store. We were leaving from Baltimore but that changed due to the Key Bridge accident. We ended up picking up the rental a day early and returning it two days later at no extra charge.
