This place has horrible customer service and low quality bikes. The moped failed almost immediately after purchase. Instead of standing behind what they sold, they became defensive and disrespectful. Definitely not trustworthy.

Bought a moped here and instantly had problems. Battery constantly dying and the bike wouldn’t stay running. We later found out there was water mixed with the oil which should never happen. Staff acted helpful at first but became aggressive once we asked for a refund.
Terrible quality and terrible customer service. The moped stopped working almost immediately and after their “repair” it failed again within two days. Instead of making things right, employees became hostile and disrespectful toward my dad. Definitely avoid this place.
