Messed me out of my scooter. Took things apart that didn't have a thing to do with it running, the drive train. I ask he only get it running, then charged the he'll out of me. Tried to charge me 100.00 for a carb.and we know they go for way less on Amazon. He will over charge you so much. Much experience is ,he lies and cheats.
