I am so glad we found Mr. Schwartz. We really didn't know where to turn and wanted to find an attorney to trust. We were kept informed every step of the way during our lawsuit. Mr. Schwartz explained things - even a couple of times if needed - and prepped us before we entered into different aspects of the lawsuit. I attempted to hire Mr Schwartz for an issue I was having. He took 10-15 minutes of his time to listen to the problem and then told me his services were not needed, I could receive a solution on my own, telling me the steps to do so. Very unusual, he could have taken it on, had his firm do the same steps and made some easy money! An insight into how his firm does business, would recommend them to anyone!

I worked with Matt for several years on a frustrating project: trying to collect from a lying deadbeat. It's hard to feel good about a project where you are trying to squeeze blood from a stone. Matt is rational, reasonable and solutions-focused. I think he also suspected we wouldn't get our financial due and he was judicious with his billing.
