It has been around 15 years since I saw this Doctor. I was referred by my obgyn for my thyroid. Dr. Schuster took several pictures of me using a Polaroid Camera. He said they were for my file. His office (where he took the pictures) is creepy and old with wooden boats everywhere. The most upsetting part, was once in the exam room, he told me to undress and put on a gown. I did just this. I’m sorry to say but Dr. Schuster, I believe, should have retired many years ago. His practice is very outdated, he seemed quite confused, and really had no clear answers to help my thyroid issues. Nice enough man, but didn’t even use a computer for his work, and the long wait times each visit really were not professional. I do no recommend this practice at all.
I had one appt with Dr Schuster over 20 years ago. I never went back because I was really uncomfortable having to undress and put on an open back gown...he had me walking around the exam room while he watched etc...was so creepy...have a new endocrinologist for last 25+ years who has never asked me to undress and gown up or ever acted inappropriately.
