The worst experience I have ever had with a Doctors office. The manager here- Silvia In the NY office is so rude and mean I can't believe they let her deal with clients. I called and told her my braces broken and were stabbing me and I was in a lot of pain, she explained that I would have to wait 5 days to come into the office to have them fixed. I asked if there was anyway I could been seen sooner and she all but yelled at me, telling it was my fault that they broke! I spent over 5K on these braces and was treated so poorly... read more
My review has been long overdue, I have so many positive things to say about The Schulhof Center (NYC Office). Let me start off by saying Dr. Adam Schulhof informed me that my process would take 6 months to close my gap and fix minimal crowding. He was able to straighten everything in about 4 months! I was so shocked at how quickly my process went and so thankful that I went to him because other places told me it would take a year or longer. I got Incognito braces at The Schulhof Center and it was the best experience!I came in for a consultation, they took photos of my teeth and an X-ray, then Dr. Schulhof came in to explained my treatment plan with all the different options of appliances I can get. I chose to get Incognito lingual braces because of my life style. I am a banker, I speak and interact with people all day long so I thought this would be the best option for me. Dr. Schulhof and his staff are absolutely amazing. Each visit has been a pleasant one and I am beyond happy with my results. Alicia was especially helpful when it came to dealing with my insurance. She was able to answer all of my questions and assist in resolving all of my issues. I am extremely grateful that she was able to come up with a payment plan that fit within my budget.
Dr. Schuloff is absolutely amazing! I am constantly showing off my perfect smile thanks to him and his very warm and friendly staff! I highly recommend.
