My apartment got flooded the owner n his crew came out right away fixed the leak and sucked up the water also barrowed me a fan to help dry up my carpet. All are friendly and knew answers to all my questions. Gave me advise on how to.use the fans to help dry up any damped carpet. Also went above and beyond in helping clearing stuff out of my storage shed, garge, and livingroom too that was flooded and put stuff back and helped take pictures of the flooding before and afters also left me his business card too! Called about getting a dishwasher installed & having some cabinets remodeled. On the day of the appointment no one showed up. After an hour of waiting, I call in to get a timeline for arrival and found out I had been booked on the wrong week. After apologizing, they offered to show up on the upcoming Saturday. Mistakes happen so I had no issue with the change since my schedule is pretty flexible. Come Saturday, no one shows for the appointment. Worst landlord ever!! Can't even pay his bills to keep water running. He spends so much time getting high that he can't remember what running a business is all about. He can't fix a toilet, he can't lay proper carpeting, and he makes outlandish excuses for his own negligence. So, so happy I moved into a new and better place!

Daniel and nick are the best! Everytime I call they are there the next day. Communication is key, and I think I talk to them just about every day!
