This Company has made an egregious error regarding my account. They overcharged me for three years and owe me several hundred dollars. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them but each week they dodge my calls and never return messages. It has been over a month now of trying to rectify this situation, with no sense of urgency on their part whatsoever. Obviously, this was not a situation I wanted to be in. But Belinda's pleasant, friendly demeanor made things a lot easier. I just made my last payment and had no problems what so ever.

I was tricked by them. Joseph Carmody: seemed to be a nice guy. I told him my situation and my fears. I asked for a sample of what the letter would look like to show the mortgage company and assure me that they are a real company and that the payment would go to the correct place when paid through the mortgage company. Well he sent me an actual payoff letter. Because the mortgage company wants me to pay it at closing, he tells me that I have to pay it at the full amount now. After working with Joseph Carmody for a few months and several phone calls trying to work out a settlement, suddenly my account was transferred to Lauren Sargent. After requesting a transcript of the account Schreiber filed suit against me for, they proceeded to process an authorized payment through my bank account after I asked them not to.
