We had to pay upfront for my daughter’s school photos and they sent us the worse photos ever- Poor quality making the students completely deformed! We am so unhappy, this low quality is just unacceptable!
First year using them for senior photos for my high school. Incredible service and communication leading up to the picture day. Michael and his team are the most professional and easy to work with. On the picture day my students felt comfortable and left so happy with their photos. I am so grateful for the generous support they extended providing three photographers and an assistant to make the magic happen for my seniors!
Hands down this is the best photography company. I had an issue with receiving my childs school photo package, thanks to the fast help from this company I found out the photo package was actually at my childs school for over a month just sitting. I never would have known if it wasn't for their help. I finally received them tonight and I must say they turned out amazing. My child has Autism and hardly sits or stands still so I give praise to the photographer for helping take my childs photo. Yall are the best.
Worst school photo company ever I order pictures and they gave me a background that I did not choose when I called to get customer service I waited on hold forever until no one returned and I eventually hung up count emails and they keep sending me pictures of children who are not my child. They have my order slip and it clearly says the background I ordered and they still gave me something I did not want and now I can't even get a hold of anyone to get the right photos that I paid for
