He does a wonderful job with our camp photos. He comes every year and he has great price. We love his photographs.
My school has had the worse experience with this company. There is a lack of communication with the company. They have a fast turn over of employees, no one speaks to each other and they DO NOT ANSWER the phone. When you do finally speak to someone they are rude and blame the customers for their errors. My school will definitely not be using this company again. Wonderful photo quality, I’m very happy with their artistic skills and customer service support. There was an error with the background and they were very patient with me as they listened to my concerns. They were able to rectify the background, sent me a brand new packet for free plus two bonus pictures with different background. As a first time mother trying to capture my child’s special moments, this meant the world to me! Thank you photo company! 10/10 highly recommended their services!
I had a terrible experience with this company. I contacted them with questions before I received pictures and I never could get a straight answer on anything. I received pictures I wasn't happy with ( my daughter's double dimples were photoshopped out) and instead of taking responsibility, they blamed an employee. It was incredibly unprofessional.
