I wanted to thanks the Resident Coordinator for everything she has done for my mom and I during our living in 334 Massachusetts ave. She was always professional , very friendly and helpful. She had always tried to get my mom involved in community activities . And the Supervisor of Maintenance and staffs…everything we need fix in the apartment. Be VERY CAUTIOUS reaching out to this company. I was interested in renting a place at Hampton Court Apartments in Northampton, MA but they property manager (Nikki Anderson) and her manager at this company (Caroline Fortin) we’re extremely unprofessional and hard to get a response from. I have proof below. They treated me like a burden while dragging my application along.
