Randy Schaffer is a great attorney. Win or lose, he does his absolute best no matter the outcome.
My uncle was sentence 20 years for a case back in 1984. As im trying to obtain more information as to the reason for his sentencing Randy told his assistant William that this case was over and nothing else could be done. I was inquiring about the statue of limitation. Randy could have had a conversation with me to explain why the statue of limitation on a 1984 case was not possible, but instead just to pass that message along to his assistant to brush me off. This man has done everything he said. He exposed my last "do nothing" small town lawyer for what he really is. Randy Schaffer has continuously been a proponent for me in a disaster of a situation. Hoping you never need a lawyer but if you do, don't hire an assistant prosecutor like I did at first, hire a real advocate like Mr Schaffer.
