BARE BONES HOTEL. We knew this hotel was having remodeling on several floors but this was a HORRIBLE place to stay. The renovated rooms are VERY dark. The only place with adequate lighting is the bathroom which has a frosted GLASS DOOR! So when someone goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night and turns on the light to see what they are doing, THE WHOLE ROOM LIGHTS UP waking the other person who was sleeping. Under construction so we didn’t stay here but the host was very helpful and friendly. It is a nice hotel, just didn’t have what we needed.
Even as it is, the hotel is under renovations after the horrible hurricane that hit this city. The service was amazing. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible (special thanks to Anna and Yamir in the front desk). 5 minutes from Mission Hospital and 10 from downtown, I really liked this hotel for me and my family
Everyone is amazing. The guy in the suite at check-in was amazing and very helpful. I will come back because he made my stay amazing.
