This law firm might be the worst trustee I’ve ever come across. It’s their job to facilitate an auction for the bank however they refuse to tell potential bidders whether a sale has been canceled or not. No other trustee in the business withholds this information from interested parties. In fact, it is counterproductive to what they were hired to do. This practice discourages people from investing their time to bid. I can’t believe lenders actually hire them.
