It's my choice of hotels at Southern Cross station. Traditional art-deco style and vibe. Quiet and stylish.
Great location, handy to everything you need in wonderful Melbourne City. The hotel looks fantastic. Unfortunately my room had BED BUGS and a leaking shower. The breakfast buffet was also cold. When I advised management by phone followed by email. Neither were responded to as expected. Very disappointing. I even made a follow up call (post visit) to make sure my room was in quarantine or being treated so no one else got infected. The Duty Manager of the day could not confirm that was the case. Excellent hotel. The rooms are beautiful. The breakfast is amazing. Lovely professional staff. Connor in the front desk was excellent when checking in and out.
