One of my fav places to stay for business. Excellent location close to southern cross, super professional staff, good & generous breakfast buffet, lovely spa and clean rooms. Always a pleasant experience ✨️
Well located across from Southern cross station for transport to the airport and easy to walk around city centre from the hotel, friendly staff, smooth check in/out , room well serviced. We had a comfortable stay. Only negative was 1 lift was out of action over the 3 days.
Went to Alexander bar for dinner this past New years. When we walked in we were acknowledged and fitted in a back corner by the bar. The first waiter acknowledged our food requirements that I had stated when booking and told us the special menu. Then he left us and we got another waiter who didn't have a clue. We ordered drinks then had to go to the bar to ask for the waiter to order our food.
