Scott was on top of things, and always prioritised speaking with me when I needed it. He is an honest man and takes pleasure in helping his clients make one of their most important decisions of their lives! You wouldn't think this for many real estate agents, but he does it out of love, and not just for the financial reward. Scott is an incredible Realtor. Most notably, he secured us a seriously fantastic price on our co-op. He is also transparent, respectful and makes himself available at all hours for his clients as they go through the emotional experience of buying and selling in NYC. He is a great negotiator, advisor and has a portfolio of industry people to connect you with as needed. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a Realtor.
I can't say enough about Scott and his team!! Scott came with a plan, delivered and was in constant communication throughout the entire sales process. He was able to secure multiple offers shortly after the first open house. I honestly felt like he was treating the transaction as if it were one of his own.
