I have contacted savegreen over a dozen times over the past 2 months in order to find out the status of my rebate. They did confirm with me previously that the rebate was received so I know that they do have it. Their form itself states that processing of the rebate takes about 60 days. At this point it has been almost double that time, 110 days, and I have called their number close to 8 to 10 times, emailed them and filled out their contact form about 6 or 7 times and have yet to get a response to either of them, even thoug... read more

I have filled out three applications for Save Green. None of them made it to them despite using their postage paid envelope! One application I completed via an email but it wouldn’t let me sign it. I told to print it out, sign it & then fax it to them. I don’t have a printer or fax! Last application I wrote on it to please confirm receipt with my phone number. It’s been over three weeks, still haven’t heard if they received it. Not very helpful If I could give zero stars I would
