Savannah Groom Room is the best! I’ve been taking my dog here for a few years and they are super easy to communicate with and my dog is always so excited when I bring her in. When I pick muffin up, she smells and looks amazing! I also love the small touches of a grooming report card and themed bandannas. Our favorite groomer!
There has not been one thing that hasn’t been absolutely perfect since Tucker and Moose started getting handsome at the Grioom Room! They LOVE it here and actually get just as excited as when they go play! They handle everything without a hitch. From start to finish and in between. Me LOVE our Groom Room family!!
Setting up the appointment was seamless. Communication with the groomer was amazing. Bailey asked all the right questions in an effort to have the best experience for my cat. I dropped my cat off for their appointment without the least bit of trepidation. The appointment ended early due to my cat’s anxiety. Bailey made every effort to make sure my pet was comfortable. The ladies at The Savannah Groom Room are the absolute best. Our cat does not enjoy being out in the carrier/car, nor does he like getting his nails clipped but the team here make it absolutely painless for the cat and his owners. Highly recommended.
Excellent grooming and care of my 12 year old grumpy cat. My cat is overweight and struggles to take care of her hygiene needs. The Groom Room knows how to handle her and she looks so good afterwards. Highly recommend!
