I really had a bad experience with these guys and would not recommend. In the end buying a sauna is all about service and The Sauna Place just didn’t care. Shipping a large crate create a complex transaction to receive it properly. When I requested The Sauna Place to ship to a nearby warehouse they agreed took the order and then said they could not ship it where I needed/request so I had to pay for a local forklift to receive it.
