Update: The manager here Kathy, no longer works here. Shay is still cutting me off mid sentence and speaking with me in a rude tone. I still have no key access to doors in my apartment. My emails are still not being followed up. Requesting information via phone call about rent was never sent but instructions to pay an extra fee was sent via email. A very welcoming staff and clean complex. Had a quick inquiry and the staff arranged for Jose to show up asap and take care of it in a clean and timely manner. Great service Jose, it was greatly appreciated. I left this review a while ago. And stick to the fact that the maintenance team are the best in the business
