I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with your leasing office. Prior to visiting the property, I attempted to contact the office by phone for approximately two hours to inquire about unit availability. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach anyone. I have never experienced such unprofessional and dismissive property management. From the day I moved in, my concerns were consistently ignored or met with rude attitudes, eye rolls, and a complete lack of customer service. Throughout my tenancy, I raised concerns regarding noise, marijuana odors, trash issues, and general property concerns, yet I felt that management either minimized my concerns or failed to address them appropriately. I have been living here 5 years. Everything has been great. In the past 2 years there has been vandalism of peoples vehicles, including mine. One being my rental 2 months ago.. where I caught the perpetrator in the act trying to steal it. Most recently event being yesterday when I came out to find that some had keyed my whole truck on every panel, in a deliberate act of jealousy . The Sarah is a great place to reside. It's very clean inside and outside, they maintain the property very well. The apartments are very cozy, but the internet is the only thing that I can seriously complain about.. at times the wifi isn't working efficiently...They have the doggy bags so there isn't any reason why someone can't pickup after their pet.
