This was the worst experience I’ve ever had looking for an apartment. I paid the deposit and explained my situation: I receive cash payments, but I have an account showing I have enough money to cover a full year's rent. I understand the policies, but they wouldn't even let me finish speaking before shutting me down with a "no." They told me, "There are some things in life that have no solution"—the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. They also refused my request to speak with the manager. I was honestly surprised by some of the reviews because they don’t reflect my experience at all. I’ve lived here for three years, and it’s been a great place to live. The location is super convenient, and whenever I’ve needed something, the office staff has always been friendly and helpful. The maintenance team also deserves a shoutout they’re some of the nicest people I’ve dealt with and they’re always respectful and quick to help. Far from being considered a LUXURY COMPLEX.. All these great reviews have to be bots.. I've been here 4+ years and the last couple have been a joke... Everything is broke and dont get fixed.. Managements a complete joke. Nothing is the complex fault , the blame is always put on the tenants. DO BETTER!!
Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience living at Sarah at Lake Houston. Throughout my time there, I experienced ongoing issues that made living in the community frustrating. Communication and follow-through were inconsistent, and I often felt that resident concerns were not addressed as promptly or professionally as they should have been.
