I love love love this place. The leasing office smells AMAZING. I loved my tour guide. I believe my leasing agents name was Erika, she was extremely helpful. she answered all my questions even though she worked with the company for three weeks. even if she had prior background somewhere else, she did amazing at the complex. This is one of my top two apartments at the moment. if i don't end up picking this place, I hope to lease with them in the future.
Where do I begin, the manager Kathy Delacruz here at the Sarah At Lake Houston Parkway is awesome. I have never had an experience with such a kind and understanding person. During my time of deciding to stay at my apartment or not; Kathy made this process one of the best transactions I've experienced here at The Sarah. Kurt is absolutely phenomenal! His work is not only fast but incredibly effective. Every time I submit a request, he handles it with speed and precision. Often completing the job the very same day. His professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to top-quality service truly set him apart. I highly recommend Kurt for anyone in need of reliable and efficient maintenance work. I’ve been living at the Sarah for the past 6 months, and I must say i truly enjoy living here! The staff here is awesome, Cammie and Shay are always very helpful whenever i have issues, and Kurt the maintenance guy always does good work and completes request in a timely manner!
