To know the real problem behind the sarah, look up RPM Living. If they can deny you and charge you more money, they will. Theres 0 grace here because they want more money. This place used to be nice, and friendly. When RPM Living took over it went downhill. And the change in managers made things worse. I paid on time every month, even when I disagreed. I've lived on the property for a year. It had been nothing short of amazing!! Shey's stellar customer service, along with Mr.Kirk's willingness to go about and beyond for all of the tenants is a plus.I look forward to more years of calling the Sarah's home. I love it here!!

The leasing team has been very helpful during my move and made the process smooth. Kirk has been especially responsive — every time I put in a request, he shows up quickly and resolves the issue. Shay and Ernest have also been patient and accommodating with my needs. What I really appreciate is their honesty and transparency. Overall, the move has been a positive experience, and I look forward to the rest of my time at The Sarah.
