Love this! Kate was instrumental in getting us tickets for a sold out show for our anniversary stay at the Riverside 🥰🥰🥰
The show was a lot of fun but the service and quality left a lot to be desired. This could be an epic local venue if some of the issues were addressed.
We have been members of the Sapphire Room and have been happy with the food, service and entertainment for several years. However, in the last few months the dinner menu has been offering less quality and quantity food choices. Last night we had the most disappointing meal. The food was awful and the service was slow and poor. We had trouble getting the server's attention to clear our partially-eaten dishes and to order additional benerages. In future, we will eat elsewhere before attending the performances.
Good food, good drinks, good talent. Had a great time there.
