Excellent customer service! A hose broke in shipment and they immediately shipped me another and made up for the trouble.
I installed a SaniBest model of toilet and macerator about 15 years ago that was around $900 for both them. The macerator stopped working in October and I ordered a Saniplus Macerator not realizing the plumbing differences from the one that quit working. That was a little inconvenience reversing the vent and outflow pipes (basically almost reversed). THIS COMPANY PROVIDED QUICK AND PERSONAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT. horrible satanist. he lied and didn’t pay my friend or i when we provided a service. we had an agreement and he did not follow through on his part.
Great customer service. I went onto their website and seen that they do text messaging support. I sent them photos of a macerating pump that was no longer working. They knew exactly what it was and knew what to replace it with. Very knowledgeable. And they had a new pump delivered within a couple days! Installing it was a breeze if you can turn a screwdriver, you can put one of these in.
