The hotel looks modern, clean, and smells good. The room was spacious and comfortable. Location is great as it is just opposite a mall, with several eateries within walking distance. The complimentary coffee behind the reception was surprisingly good. Overall, good value and a pleasant stay for visiting the attractions around Mornington Peninsula. I have just spent 2 nights at Sands and my room was beautiful. I've never had a room so clean! Bathroom was spotless, bed was very comfortable. Coffee machine at reception available 24/7. Staff were so accommodating and friendly. If I could give a 20 out of 10 I would. Definitely be returning. Thank you!
Stayed at The Sands by Nightcap Plus Carrum Downs from 5–7 Sept and had a great overall experience. The hotel is modern, clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing weekend. We were in Room 205 (facing the shopping centre). The block-out curtains and comfy bed made for excellent sleep, and the shower was amazing—huge with great pressure.
