Sanctuary is such a perfect name for this place. I would give it infinite stars if I could…from the energy to the cleanliness to the instructors. Ive been going for close to two months now and can see the results really paying off. If you’re looking for challenging and inspiring fitness classes, I would 100% recommend…specifically classes with Sarina and Alyssa.
I have now attended two classes with classpass and have loved both. Alexandria and Haley both taught great classes. I love the vibe of the studio and the equipment options! I will be back again soon!
Took Corbin’s full body workout class and WOW!!!! He really motivated me to push myself out of my comfort zone in the best way, and my body has been feeling GREAT ever since. Beyond that, the studio itself is absolutely beautiful and the atmosphere is so welcoming- you can tell how much effort is put toward making everyone who comes in feel like a friend!
Took my first Sanctuary Pilates class this past March and loved it so much that I now have the monthly unlimited class pack! Studio is spacious and calm - a welcome change from other local options where mats are packed in like sardines and EDM music is blasting upon entering. My favorite instructors so far are Alli & Alyssa. They are knowledgeable and curate classes wonderfully. The space is clean, modern, and studio resembles NYC Fuze House with all the Bala products you could ask for!
Absolutely love all the instructors here! Very supportive group of people!
