I have never had a bad experience here! The service is wonderful! Everyone is so sweet, I highly recommend Adam! He is the best! So fun to talk to and gives the best massages! While you wait for your massage you get to spend some time in the relaxation room and enjoy a drink, they offer you a nice warm blanket and neck wrap and just always make you feel comfortable! I have been there twice once for a 90 minute massage. Therapist wasn't that good left me face down for 60 to 70 minutes. I have done massage for 33 years have worked in Beverly Hills at the Peninsula and Beverly Hilton. Should spend equal time face up and down. Second time I went for a back facial terrible job no extractions barely a scrub. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPA!!!
It’s been a minute since my visit and I keep wanting to go back but am just so nervous about being disappointed again. I was gifted a certificate for my birthday and was really excited to enjoy a relaxing service. It started out great, the therapist was wonderful, I can no longer remember her name, but the room she is assigned is a nightmare.
