Debbie was incredibly kind and welcoming. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and I left feeling much more confident walking on my feet afterward. I’m still a little sore (which she explained is normal), but overall I can tell my body needed it. She also followed up afterward with helpful advice and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a calming, personal experience in Monroe!
An incredible, deeply relaxing session! The therapist listened to my needs and perfectly balanced gentle stress relief with targeted tension release in my shoulders and lower back. I left feeling completely recharged and pain-free. Highly recommended!
My kids gave me a Swedish massage gift certificate at The Sanctuary for my birthday. Debbie was fabulous!! She worked on my neck and shoulders extra and the coconut oil she used was perfect. She made sure the pressure was just right for me! My first time and I can't wait to get another massage with her again soon!!
I requested a 60 minute Swedish massage with Debbie and she did an amazing job! She was very professional, friendly, and always made me feel comfortable. The technique she used was perfect and asked if the pressure was okay. I highly recommend Debbie and I have already scheduled my next massage with her.
Had a great massage!! Debbie is very skilled and I left feeling relaxed and calm
