My experience was honestly 10/10. Alice made me feel so comfortable and at ease while delivering the most relaxing facial. She also gave me really helpful skincare advice to support my skin journey. I’ve never taken the time to do something like this for myself, and I left feeling emotionally lighter, refreshed and genuinely cared for. Will 1000% be back!
