I confirmed my appointment for a massage with Paloma Ika 24 hours in advance and showed up on time, only to find the door locked and no one answering the phone. I took time off from full-time work and graduate school to make this appointment, and I’m also managing chronic pain, so this was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Mrs. Natasha was amazing! This is by far the best experience that I’ve had. I booked a 1 hour massage trough Groupon. Upon arrival I was greeted and taken back for my appointment. The oils that were used left me feeling and smelling amazing! At the end a warm towel was placed on my face which followed with a face and scalp massage. I will definitely come back. I cant wait to try her herbal teas next! 10/10 experience.

What a safe place for your body and mind. The Owner is so lovely. This experience literally turned my entire day around. The set up is beautiful. The massage was great and she offers other aligning services for your body and spirit. Definitely will be back and recommending everybody.

I am glad for the good service I got in that the first time I showed up for my massage the building was closed and locked, and I had not been notified of a cancellation because the building had to shut down that day. They gave me a complementary massage in recompense but unfortunately it was just as another reviewer put it, just rubbing oil on you. I wouldn’t come back for another even if it was free. I wish I had tried another service with chakra Bliss I am into holistic practices, but had no idea that’s what they were about because We found them on Groupon for massages and expected an actual massage. The ladies that took care of us were absolutely amazing, very sweet great energy that’s the only reason they got 2 stars and not 1 BUT Definitely did not receive what we expected. We literally just got rubbed down with oil and sent on our way. So if you’re looking for an actual massage, this is not the place.
