4 of us have just spent the afternoon with Stevie-Ray and Taylor at The Sanctuary for a girl's day out. They were extremely professional and friendly and we have had a great time. I don't post many reviews but The Sanctuary definitely deserve it!!! We'll be back soon. Thankyou ladies😊😊
I cannot recommend this place more warmly! Amazing, knowledgeable and really empathetic staff. THANKYOU especially to Stevie Rae - you really really helped not only in the short term with a fabulous treatment but also setting me up to continue the skin improvement on my own at home. Lovely team, super nice to my 8 year old daughter who needed to come due to a babysitting hiccup! I just wish I was local so I could visit you more! 10 out of 10!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Taylor has the most gentle touch - I was so blessed by this wonderfully relaxing experience!
Worst customer service ever! booked three appointments 2 months out via email as was asked to put a 50% deposit down. Asked if this was standard procedure and they advised yes because of the time being booked by therapists. Totally understandable, gave my number and asked to call me to obtain the credit card details as i did not want to email them. No one called me! Then then i get an email saying my appointments have been cancelled as i didn't pay the deposit 2 weeks out from the date. They said they didn't have my number s... read more
