I have recently had a consultation with Brianna at The Sana Co. I have not worked with a natropath before and found Brianna to be welcoming, knowledgeable and provided a thorough consultation. I've had my first visit to Sana Co and its been such a supportive experience so far. I've felt listened too and have a plan moving forward which makes me feel hopeful for my naturopath journey Would highly recommend.
The team has helped me understand the link between my skin, allergies and gut. With small changes to my diet and supplements, my skin is already less inflamed and recovers from flare ups after 3 months.

They have helped me in so many ways just from the short time I’ve been going to them. All things from digestion, skin & just overall glow. Couldn’t be happier with my results from them!
I've only had two sessions with Sienna, but she’s already made a big impact. Sienna is easy to talk to, really listens, and explains everything in a way that’s clear and encouraging. I feel more hopeful and motivated about my health than I have in a long time. Looking forward to continuing this journey with her!
