When a person or business far exceeds your expectation I think others should hear about it. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable and guided us every step of the way. The photographs of our home were beautiful. Our home sold quickly for full asking price and Kevin's cost was a flat fee of $2,500.00. That literally saved us $16,000.00. In addition to that, he helped us find a new home. I will never use any other realtor/broker.
