Though we like the location, the equipment, reception personnel and the layout we are bummed by the lack of attention that management places on keep the place clean(er) and controlling children. We have complained that parents drop off their young (kids (5-9) and vanish or ignore them. They then play on the weight equipment (upstairs) and run around yelling through the same area. Seldom do we see workers upstairs to clean or control. Customer service seems to be at the bottom of management's focus (billing issues)... this co... read more
